Shipping policy

We offer standard shipping worldwide. If you live outside of Switzerland, Lichtenstein or the European Union applicable customs duties and sales taxes will be at your expense. For more information please read our General Terms and Conditions.

- For Switzerland / Lichtenstein delivery time is around 2 to 3 working days 

 - For International deliveries, delivery time is around 5 to 10 working days

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Your order will be dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours. We will not be responsible of late delivery if due to postal services. If you do not receive your order in time, you can contact our customer service (contact@odysay.ch). 

 

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by SeeBee Fashion, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item. Items should be returned unused, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you retain a proof of sending.

  

Returns are free of charge for Swiss residents. For non-Swiss residents, customers are responsible for the cost and safe returns of products. To arrange for a refund please contact us at contact@odysay.ch and follow the procedure indicated on the return form within your parcel.

 

If the product(s) present(s) a default, SeeBee Fashion’s responsibility is limited to the reimbursement of the related product price and shipping fees, provided that the return conditions described here below are respected.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund refused.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside Switzerland / Lichtenstein or the European Union you will need to pay taxes and duties on the replacement item.

REFUNDS 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. 
If your order has been sent to Switzerland / Lichtenstein or within the European Union, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of Switzerland / Lichtenstein and the European Union, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SeeBee Fashion. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
